About a year ago Mr. D and I were out to dinner with our friends Andy and Lorraine Ball at Oakley’s Bistro. I happened to
June 17th, 2019 was a day that changed everything for me. It was the day I went on WISH-TV Channel 8 and told the world about my little idea “Send A Friend Lasagna.” I was so nervous, I wasn’t sure what would happen. Would people think my idea was crazy? Maybe too far-fetched?
Anyway, here I am in the green room at Channel 8.
I was working a full-time job that I enjoyed. This idea came after a friend lost his wife to whom I took a lasagna. I figured I could make lasagnas at night after work, I mean what could happen?
Four years later (can you believe) Send A Friend Lasagna is my dream that became reality.
I’m so grateful for everyone that has supported me throughout my journey.
I’m going to update this from time to time to talk about a lot of things.
The ups and downs of being an entrepreneur, recipes, people who inspire me, local businesses, women who I think are fabulous, etc, etc, etc.
